Specification & photometric layout

Our design department translates briefs into measurable light. Layouts are modelled in CAD, calculated in DIALux and Relux, and documented with IES files, lux plots, and compliance packs ready for municipal review.

Every layout is signed off at the design table before a single housing enters production.

02Production

Machining, assembly & IP-rated builds

Production sits beside design — lathes, assembly benches, and IP-rated housing builds under the same roof. We machine, finish, and assemble fixtures for infrastructure deployment without outsourcing critical path work.

Each housing is fit-checked by hand before it leaves the bench.

Verification, QC & sign-off

The checking department runs photometric verification against calculated targets, inspects IP sealing and driver compatibility, and assembles the compliance documentation your engineer can audit — before anything ships to site.
